How long until I receive my items?

It currently takes our packages approximately 5-7 business days to arrive.  If your item has not arrived after 14 days, please contact us at bordertownsupplycompany@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the situation for you. 

What is the print like on your shirts?

The print we are currently using will feel very light to the touch, and will soften even more after the first wash.

How do your shirts fit?

Check the product description for each item.  You will find a link called "sizing chart".  Click the link and it will show you the measurements for each shirt, by size.
 

What Shirts do you use?

Adult Shirts: We use a premium tri-blend shirt (check the link in EVERY item description for sizing information) that has a VERY soft and light feel. We went with a premium shirt to ensure the highest level of comfort for our customers. The shirts contain cotton so when washed as directed, they will shrink a small amount, but unlike regular cotton shirts they will return to their original size when worn or lightly sretched back out.  
Kids Shirts/items: These items may shrink so please wash according to the instructions!

Can I return items?

If your item has a bad print or the wrong color garment is sent to you, we will replace it immediately at no charge. If the item is not the right size, notify us at bordertownsupplycompany@gmail.com. We offer a one-time replacement for items that aren’t the right size (One size up or down).  To avoid this, simply check the sizing chart included in the product description.  Since all of our items are made-to-order we do not offer standard exchanges.  For either a misprint or incorrect size, please provide the following information:

  • order number
  • picture of the misprint

All items exchanged must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.  If a worn, washed, or altered shirt is sent to us we will contact you and let you know the shirt was worn, and the return shipping cost of that item will be up to the customer. Once we receive the item, we will place an order for a replacement.
  • Limited Edition Items, sale/clearance items, and discontinued item sales may not be returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not pay shipping on returns or exchanges
  • We recommend that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
  • Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS it is out of our control. If your package is shown as lost we will gladly replace your order. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order.
